THE HOUSE
We invite you to disconnect from your daily routine and enjoy our 300 m² 18th-century house. Spacious, welcoming, bright, and recently renovated.
In its shared spaces and bedrooms —all equipped with every comfort— you will find the peace and relaxation you’re looking for.
The house features 5 large bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with high-quality utensils, so you can feel completely at home.
It accommodates up to 10 guests and offers private parking for up to 4 cars.
The stone arch at the entrance leads to a large open space designed for multiple uses (games, reading, meals, and more), fully equipped for your comfort. This area connects to a beautiful interior patio surrounded by plants —bright, cozy, and with a calm atmosphere that invites you to truly unwind.
The house offers five comfortable bedrooms: four with queen-size beds (150×200 cm), one with two single beds (90×200 cm). Two full bathrooms and one half bathroom, a spacious dining and living area with TV, and an additional small dining room with TV and a fireplace.
THE KITCHEN
Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and a wide variety of high-quality utensils.
THE BATHROOMS
Bathrooms equipped with everything needed to feel at home (towels, hairdryers, soap, and shampoo).
LAUNDRY ROOM
Laundry room with washing machine, drying rack, iron, sink, and cleaning equipment.

The local summer climate provides a comfortable nighttime temperature ideal for resting.

HOUSE RULES
The house is located in the center of a small town; it is mandatory to respect the neighbors and their peaceful environment.
Parties are not allowed without prior notice, pets are not permitted, and smoking is not allowed inside the property.
No additional occupants beyond those indicated in the reservation are permitted without the owner’s consent.
Guests will be responsible for any loss or damage in the rooms caused by themselves, their friends, or anyone for whom they are responsible.
Ca Roc’s management is not responsible for personal belongings or valuables such as money, jewelry, or other items left by guests in the house.
Once inside the house, you will find a folder with rules and useful information you may need to ensure a pleasant stay.
Check-in time is from 16:00 and check-out time is until 12:00.
The guest agrees to provide a €300 security deposit, which will be refunded within 5 days if no damage or loss is detected.
The tourist tax of La Fatarella, Catalunya, of €1 per person per night will be applied, with exceptions in certain cases established by local regulations.
