Ca Roc Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Ca Roc. By making a reservation at our tourist accommodation located in La Fatarella, Catalunya, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which govern the use of our services and your stay at our property. These terms apply to all bookings and become binding as soon as the reservation is confirmed.

2. Accommodation Information

Ca Roc is a registered tourist accommodation (VUT) in Catalunya, fully equipped for short stays or seasonal rentals. The rental includes exclusive use of the property during the reserved period, under the conditions detailed below.

3. Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

Reservations can be made through our website or via third-party platforms. Once the booking process is completed, the guest will receive a confirmation email. To secure the reservation, full or partial payment is required, as indicated during the booking process.

3.2 Confirmation

Once payment has been received, the reservation will be considered confirmed. The guest is responsible for reviewing the confirmation and notifying us immediately of any errors.

3.3 Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be communicated at least 5 days prior to arrival to receive a full refund.
If the cancellation is made with less than 5 days’ notice, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total reservation amount will apply.
Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled without losing the full amount paid.

4. Rates and Payments

4.1 Prices

The total price of the stay includes the rental of the accommodation, cleaning services, and applicable VAT. A detailed breakdown of the cost will be provided during the booking process. Additional fees, such as the tourist tax and the security deposit, will be indicated separately.

4.2 Security Deposit

A security deposit of €300 must be paid either at the time of booking or upon check-in. This deposit will be refunded in full within 7 days after check-out, provided no damage has occurred during the stay.

4.3 Tourist Tax

A tourist tax of €1 per person per unit of stay will be applied according to local regulations. This amount is not subject to VAT.

5. Stay Conditions

5.1 Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in: From 16:00

• Check-out: Until 12:00

Any changes to these times must be agreed upon in advance and are subject to availability.

5.2 House Rules

• Parties and events are not permitted without prior authorization.

• The property is for the exclusive use of registered guests. Additional occupants are not allowed without the owner’s consent.

• Smoking is not allowed inside the property.

• Pets are not permitted.

5.3 Use of the Property

Guests are responsible for maintaining the property in good condition during their stay and respecting the house rules. Any damage caused must be compensated through the security deposit or, if the deposit does not cover the full amount, through an additional charge.

6. Privacy Policy

Personal information provided during the reservation process will be used solely to manage the booking and comply with legal obligations. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

7. Modifications and Cancellations by Ca Roc

We reserve the right to modify or cancel a reservation in cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, emergencies, or major technical issues affecting the property). In such cases, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.

8. Guest Responsibility

Guests are responsible for their behaviour and that of their companions during their stay. In case of breach of these terms or inappropriate conduct, Ca Roc reserves the right to terminate the stay without any refund.

9. Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising in relation to these Terms and Conditions will be governed by Spanish law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tarragona.
